BOOKING A TATTOO
WITH ZERO
Please read carefully through the following booking information.
You can submit an inquiry form at the bottom of the page.
ZERO is a resident artist at Vatican Studios, located in Lake Forest, California.
The following booking information applies to booking at this location. Please specify booking location in email for correct pricing.
ZERO divides the body into sections we call panels, and works on a single panel at a time.
(An example of size would be front or back of forearm, inner bicep, single pectoral, etc.)
We’ll arrange a consultation, and ZERO will create the foundation of the design prior to your session.
A deposit is required to secure an appointment date and begin the design process.
After receiving a quote, you will be emailed a scheduling link so you can book your session at your convenience.
Zero offers bookings by session length: 3-hour, 5-hour, and 8-hour appointments. For large pieces that take up a panel or more, we strongly recommend booking a longer session. Longer appointments allow for deeper creative flow, time to render to high-quality, fewer interruptions, and more significant progress.
3-hour session is valued at $900, which breaks down to a $200 booking deposit and then $700 the day of.
5-hour session is valued at $1500, which breaks down to a $200 booking deposit and then $1300 the day of.
8-hour session is valued at $2400, which breaks down to a $200 booking deposit and then $2200 the day of.
High-quality tattoos take time to be done well, but we are also understanding of budgeting and scheduling preferences. Whether you book 3 hours at a time or immerse yourself in 8, Zero makes every second count.
Not sure how much time you should book? We are happy to guide you to the right session through a consult.
Do not worry about reaching out with a fully formed idea. While references and concrete concepts are helpful, the tattoo design process with ZERO is deeply collaborative, and he will take your conceptual vision, however formed, and bring it to life.
If you’re curious about the “why” behind your tattoo, which influences the “what” that makes it, our custom-guided Tattoo Concept Builder tool can help you explore that.
When you are ready to reach out, please be sure to include the following information so our team can assist you with a quote efficiently:
1. Your first and last name.
2. Brief description of desired tattoo or concept.
3. Location and approximate size of desired tattoo.
4. Your availability and desired booking window.
5. Phone number.
6. Any reference photos you may have that assist with subject matter, location, or stylistic preferences.
Add paragraph text. Click “Edit Text” to update the font, size and more. To change and reuse text themes, go to Site Styles.
Once your deposit has been received, we will set up either an in person or phone consultation, in which you and ZERO will discuss the details of your desired piece.
ZERO typically approaches the design process a few days prior to your session in order to keep the energy of your piece as fresh as possible and respect the design queue.
ZERO will create a loose, foundational template from which he will adapt to the skin, often adding freehanded elements to best fit your canvas.
Depending on the scope of the design, ZERO may send the completed design over the day before your session. If you would like to see the design once completed, you can mention this within your session communications.
