MEET THE T EAM

Zero was born and raised in Kenya, where drawing became his anchor early on. Books—anatomy manuals, graphic novels, anything he could get his hands on—shaped the foundation of what eventually became his signature style: graphic realism.
He entered tattooing in 2011 under mentors Franco Vescovi and Alexis Vaatete, a start that set the tone for a career built on precision, depth, and intention. Today, Zero is focused on elevating tattoo work on melanated skin and telling Afro-centric stories through design that carries weight.
Beyond tattooing, he’s driven by impact. His work with youth and creative outreach reflects a larger commitment: using art as a catalyst for confidence, identity, and possibility.

Emily Compton-Bwire grew up moving often; experiencing many different places, but art became the one place that always felt like home. What started as a constant companion turned into a lifelong commitment to visual storytelling—work shaped by realism, surrealism, and a fascination with the metaphysical and emotional world beneath the surface.
She began tattooing in 2017, drawn to the direct human connection the medium offers. Her approach blends clarity, communication, and design that reflects the person sitting in front of her. But tattooing is only one expression of her larger creative vision.
Emily is focused on building work—and spaces—that help people see themselves differently. Whether through tattoos, fine art, storytelling, or creative systems, her mission is to bring intention, beauty, and meaning into the everyday. She’s committed to pushing her craft forward while creating impact far beyond the studio.
